Ok, I don’t know why I slept on it so long, but the @MonaApp Mac beta is excellent! Like, legit good.

It’s not just the iPad version but has a normal window for composing posts, grouped notifications, and all the crazy customization that the iOS app has (and Spring before it)

@charliemchapman @MonaApp Yeah it’s really good; hard to even come up with complaints. It’s very *Mac* app.
@charliemchapman @MonaApp People love sleeping on Mona meanwhile they’re out there making an amazing client.
@Ronnie I could never get the iOS settings to a point where it _felt_ as good for me if that makes sense? But on the Mac this feels really really good. Especially given the current Mac app landscape compared to iOS
@charliemchapman I’ve used it for so long that I just imported from Spring and now I’m just tweaking for Mona.
@charliemchapman @MonaApp Spring used to be my client of choice for Twitter, but somehow I had no idea they pivoted to a Mastodon app! Noice 👌
@charliemchapman that’s great...is it a available for iOS yet? Have you checked out @mammoth for iOS?
@charliemchapman Mona was my twitter app of choice, the screenshot feature was worth gold!
@charliemchapman @MonaApp I wouldn’t mind paying for it directly but I don’t want to even download a twitter client.
@charliemchapman @MonaApp Spring used to be my client of choice for Twitter (RIP)
And I am so happy to use Mona for mastodon on mac
It’s really full of useful features
@charliemchapman @MonaApp I bought spring and able to use Mona on iOS. But can't see how to get Mona on my Mac. I am on MacOS Monterey on a M1 mac Mini do I need to be on mac os venture to be able to use mona on a mac?
