Decided to treat myself to a nice new microsd card for the #steamdeck , found a great deal on amazon, got delivered today only to find the wrong item in the package, some phone screen gaurd.

Got in touch with support, i have to return the wrong item which is fair but no replacement product, the refund wont come in until they get the return, the special offer gone.

So basically no new card, and i have to buy packaging and take time out to go to the postoffice. Fun fun fun

@Themcfluffy I’m about done with Amazon. Bought an item that doesn’t work. Went to return it and found out I couldn’t just drop it off like I used to be able to. I had to package it and bring it to UPS. My materials and my time wasted. Plus they can’t deliever anything to me in less than a week. I don’t see any benefit they are providing over a brick and mortar store anymore.
