@medusaousa My favorite interaction was my oldest. Years ago I was trying to help him with an issue with their mobile phone. Had to ask questions and look at settings to isolate the issue. He wanted an immediate fix and when I didn't have the answer in 30 seconds he said something like 'Wow, for someone who's worked in IT for so long, you don't know much.' 😒

@medusaousa I handed his phone back and wished him good luck. I actually got a laugh out of it because it was such an outrageousness comment. But yeah, they are something to deal with.
