@HallGrae in a previous life I worked at the Philadelphia District Attorneys office and was put on a case with the DOJ. The assistant AG told a room of experienced criminal Philly prosecutors he had never lost a case. When he left, the room broke into laughter with the lawyers mocking the man. I asked why and was told “a prosecutor that never loses a case doesn’t take hard cases”.

It’s not a mark of skill, it means you only take slam dunks.
