Elon directly ordered the takedown of the account of @chadloder, one of the most prominent and effective antifascist researchers in the US.

(Not mentioned in the article: Elon did so at the request of Andy Ngo, a notorious far right stochastic terrorist.)

A leaked internal message appears to show Elon Musk ordered Twitter staff to suspend a left-wing activist's account

The internal message involved the account of activist Chad Loder and said: "Suspension: direct request from Elon Musk," Bloomberg reported.

@gwensnyder

What a terrible article, describing Chad Loder as left-wing, apparently for being an anti-fascist activist and using they/them pronouns, which is mentioned for no other apparent purpose.

To be clear, I don't see much room between being "an anti-fascist activist" and being pro-facist.

What are you talking about Willis?

@SpaceLifeForm @gwensnyder

The headline from the linked MSN/Business Insider article: "A leaked internal message appears to show Elon Musk ordered Twitter staff to suspend a left-wing activist's account"

The quality of the "journalism" goes down from there.

Re: Context is key

Apologies.

I did not see the start of thread, so I made a grave mistake, and assumed what were your alleged words were actually from the article.

My bad.

Thank you for clarifying.
