Why have I never seen anyone talk about the idea of a #HalfLife #ttrpg mini campaign?

PCs are random scientists, security guards, and technicians in Black Mesa when the place shakes and power goes out. Get out of the place and survive.

For an 8 to 12 hour campaign, making a complete #ptba hack would be overkill, but surely there must be plenty of suitable systems already.
