After testing them, it’s still the case that if you want an app that feels like it was actually made for the Mac, and isn’t an iPhone app kind of running on the desktop, your only option at the moment (and it’s a quite good one) is @MonaApp.
Wub-Fur Internet Radio@arossp @MonaApp I’ve been playing around with several of the apps on my iPad, haven’t gotten Mona on account of I’m too cheap ;) My favorite so far is the saved Safari Home Screen bookmark of @elk.
@wubfur Elk is fantastic, and easily the best web front end for Mastodon. But I just tend to have a preference for genuinely native apps over web clients or PWAs.
