Deeply unimpressed with #FLIR thermal cameras. I've had a #FlirOne smartphone camera for a few years and the hardware is still fine but FLIR have removed features from the app that were originally advertised but for which you now need to buy the "Pro" nextgen model that didn't exist when I bought mine. Can no longer measure arbitrary points in the image or lock the temp scale. Absolutely garbage attitude to customer support.
@bencc How can that be legal? Certainly not moral. Shame, I've had one of those on my "no way I can justify this" wishlist for ages.
@radiac Indeed. I've logged a customer support case, it will be interesting to see what they say, but other people have said they don't care :(
