Another sad moment from VA: “Virginia Republican lawmaker Tim Anderson just announced he is suing Barnes and Noble for selling books that promote LGBTQIA+ rights. It is no longer just about banning books in schools - they are now coming for private businesses.”

I’m reminded that before WWII VA had euthanasia laws on the books for the mentally ill and “sexually deviant”. Germany sent people to study them.

@BakerRL75 Didn’t they try this last year and it was thrown out of Court? Is this the same lawsuit or a different one?

@BakerRL75 @silly122 looks like this is actually from august and that it was thrown out to me. Getting me all riled up for something that is ultimately over… ugh! Either way I stand by my last comment!
