Having left Twitter for reasons, I’m dismayed to see some of my fellow refugees posting content from Twitter. RT’s. So that, to explore the content, I would need to connect to Twitter again.

Isn’t it worth the extra trouble to find the non-Twitter version of whatever it is you’re highlighting?

@JamesGleick I’d just suggest not following folks who’s habits annoy you. Personally, I appreciate the sense that if something significant happens over there, I hear about it.

@padams That’s fair. Yet perhaps it’s worth a gentle nudge to those who might choose between a Twitter and non-Twitter source for the content they want to share.
