Irene Davis@MicheleV_AK That is lovely, but I'm pretty sure it's Iliamna, not Redoubt--Redoubt is a single cone.
@irenedavis This photo was taken from the park next to the Kenai Senior Center and I know you can see Mt. Redoubt from there as I live in the area. I was going by what the photographer said, but it most certainly could be Illiamna.
@MicheleV_AK I grew up in Kasilof and I remember Redoubt as more symmetrical. Either way, it's a lovely picture and makes me homesick!
@irenedavis It could be either one, depending on the angle, but I get what you are saying. I haven't ever taken a photo of Illiamna from Kenai. Sorry you are homesick!
