at least, that motivation tracks for the 12 out of this disinformation dozen report
this report doesn't account for disinformation spread by Public Health Officials or politicians (like my provinces Premier who made the bold and very false claim that 'Covid doesn't affect kids' at a press conference)
oh, and don't forget profits from snake-oil sales
lots of 'wellness' 'businesses' involved shilling their 'products'

hard-cash that funds the advertising streams in the 'influencer' channels)
