These programs are also becoming dumber in many ways. Like if your WiFi just stops working and resetting all your settings doesn't solve it.... When the only solution is to factory reset / restore...
When every website breaks because of it's cookies... When errors tell you what's actually wrong only about 5% of the time. When DRM makes programs barely function.
Yeah, a lot of people don't know how to use computers, but we also obfuscate how they work at every turn and make choices that are extremely anti consumer.
