Yesterday in Utah, Senator Escamilla called Republicans bluff by making them vote on banning teenage breast implants in an anti-trans healthcare ban.

He settled on "we've done implants for a while"

@ErinInTheMorn I can't help but think that what they're really most concerned about is not getting surprised when the teenagers they sexually target turn out to be trans.

@deirdresm @sasha_strange @ErinInTheMorn And Utah has the most plastic surgery commercials & erectile dysfunction commercials & billboards that I've ever seen. Laser fat treatment, lipo, breast implants, hair removal, laser & surgical tightening of *down there* 😳, treatment clinics for ED or penile growth 🙄. All this effort to be someone else, yet they won't let trans kids be themselves.
