@comfort i tried to use an example like that, and he said "well home invasion is illegal" to which i asserted that putins war in ukraine is illegal, which he replied "well it isnt illegal in russia, so its fine"
@iridium Legality doesn't change anything. It's "legal" if a police officer were to just up and take shit from your brother. What's legal has never been synonymous with what's ethical. If he doesn't understand that then don't bother prodding him further, he has already indicated to you he doesn't wanna think about it.
