Putting this out there with no context whatsoever might be construed as an effort to minimize the daily war crimes and terrorism (genocide) being practiced by Russia every day for almost a year in Ukraine. And years of similar behavior in Syria, Africa, Georgia, Kazakhstan, eastern ukraine 2014.
