What makes it typical MAGA is that they’re lying about why they oppose it, and how they want to “fix” it.

The point is to pay debt we’ve already incurred and NOTHING can reduce that amount.

$4 trillion + was added to the debt bc of trump. Biden has reduced debt.

@WagnerTonight while what you say is true the hard right is using it as a terrorist economic tool. Both sides have stacked out their initial positions. They both know neither will fly in the end. Now they need to be responsible and negotiate a solution. Sadly I’m not confident the hard right has the competence to do so. Hope I’m wrong.
