"Get rid of those friends who make fun of you and don't believe in you." -- #RayBradbury

hmm, difficult one to digg into.
friends? or people you kinda know and who kinda know you?
friendly humourous (criticism->edited:) critique is important and powerful.
people who don't believe in you or who don't care about you?
@jesuisatire @debihope
"Make fun of you" is different than "have fun with you." One is meant kindly; the other is not.
"Don't believe in you" as in "don't want to encourage you to succeed" or "want to tear you down." Criticism is not meant kindly; whereas critique is supportive but honest.

-ism's in general are quite questionable.
btw
That's why I like humor, irony and satire. When it hurt's (a littel bit) there might be some spine and/or hurtful truth underneath.
