Four Thousand Weeks

A tribute to the book by Oliver Burkeman, an exploration of time management in the face of human finitude, and addressing the anxiety of “getting everything done.”

@twatson This could not have come at a better time for me as I’m about to lose my job and am debating whether to find a new one or to just retire. Thanks for sharing.
@thereisnocat big choices! I hope this helps.

@twatson
So on average, we live for 4,000 weeks. I entered my data, and shockingly, I have already lived 3,875 weeks.

I have only 125 weeks left before I die. Excuse me while I pass out.

@twatson Four thousand weeks? “That's ages. What if i get bored? I need a television, a couple of books - anyone for chess? Bring me knitting!" #EighthDoctor

@twatson @harrisj Delightfully non-morbid, given the content!

(I also appreciate being able to share URIs here without having to strip endless tracking parameters…)
