NetNewsWire - How to Subscribe to a Twitter List in NetNewsWire

Though the UI doesn’t expose it (we should fix that, yes), you can subscribe to a Twitter list in NetNewsWire. (Note: this works with iCloud and “On My…” accounts.) First make sure you’ve added your Twitter account to NetNewsWire in Settings > Extensions. Then go, in your browser, to the Twitter list you want to add as a feed. Copy the URL. Then, in NetNewsWire, add it as a web feed (not as a Twitter feed).

@NetNewsWire Will the subscriptions list update if the list updates? I guess there's an easy way to find out, but that would involve waiting...

@NetNewsWire thanks NNW! I’ll give it a shot. Perhaps it will help me continue to follow my friends over ther that haven’t made the jump to Mastodon. But if it make me crazy, I’m turning it off

@NetNewsWire thanks, this will be a big help. In my case I first set this up with a feed “on my ipad” I subsequently tried to drag and drop the feed in iCloud instant crash on iPadOS (reproducible). Not a big deal, but I suspect you’d like to know. Thanks!

@NetNewsWire my bad. Kept refreshing and no new tweets for many hours while they were showing in twitter client. Now! Sorry to have disturbed. Super client to read twitter lists when Tweetbot died.
