Repeat after me: Everything out of GOP mouths is a lie and/or projection/confession.

@GottaLaff Why aren’t more people noting that nearly all cases of REAL voter fraud have been committed by Republicans trying to elect Cheeto Mussolini?

@MPgh That's why I keep saying it.

I do see MSNBC doing it too, but. nobody else.

@GottaLaff @MPgh Breaking News! Most cable news networks favor Republicans... See the news anytime on almost every station.
@batyalee @GottaLaff No lies detected! It's disheartening but not surprising that CNN is sucking up to the Rs even more than usual. My previous respect for the NY Times and the WaPo disappeared a while ago.
@MPgh @GottaLaff Hmm. CNN def took a hard right turn. But I like WaPo & occasionally NYT. IMO headlines (not written by the reporters) are problematic, as are the conservative opinion pieces. Of the 2, NYT is more conservative, but they employ investigative reporters all over the world and do excellent work. WaPo has reliable political reporting. There are plenty of other good publications of course, for deep dives (Mother Jones, The Atlantic, Vanity Fair, The New Republic, Jacobin...)
@[email protected]@[email protected] Oh, I still subscribe to the NYT and WaPo. I guess I’m just bitter because I tend to hold them to a higher standard. In the past I considered the NYT the “paper of record” for the US. Now I know better. I’m an over-consumer of some media, including The Guardian (and not the BBC), Raw Story, Mother Jones …. I’m hardly a unique demographic. When I thought I had a lot more time I used to read The New Republic & The Atlantic.
