goop stage complete.
now i get to see what stores in town have manzanos. last go-around there were very few ripe ones.
the redsauce is done, the murdersauce is done, mangos are done.. just need those manzanos and we're off to the races!

one five gallon bucket of manzanos appears to produce about 7 liters of goo

cool! so all the components are done. next step (another day) is to combine them into sauce, add the murder paste, salt, walnut oil, vinegar, any other touchups, pasteurize, then bottle! maybe this weekend during the storm?
