The Showboats make two huge RE-signings in WRs Rashard Davis and Derrick Dillon. Both players had signed with NFL teams after the 2022 USFL season and are now returning for 2023.

Davis had signed with the Jets this offseason before being drafted by the XFL in November.

Dillon signed with the Browns after the 2022 USFL season.
