Yoga rehab day 7?
As you see, I lose track quickly. I despise routines. I hate doing the same thing over and over, not missing a day. I like the creativity of exploration, not routine.

But having one or two things I have to improve before I can move on is a challenge.
I haven't missed a day and up to 48 breath holds and 40 breath trainer along with ankle rehab and stretching.
I'm walking 5000 steps a day.

I even bought expensive shoes because I need them. #selfcare
