* Long press the interaction buttons (reply, boost, fave, bookmark) to do those actions with a different account than the current one

* Drafts and scheduled posts

* On boost long press, "Post about this" (#QuoteBoost via new post with URL link)

* Long press share button to copy the post URL in one step

Give #Megalodon a try. The official #Mastodon mobile app has dropped several *critical* fedi features, and Megalodon fixes them.

And to address "what critical features did the official #Mastodon mobile app drop?"

The ones I noticed before dropping that app like a hot potato:

* Unlisted visibility is not supported at all. Not only that, replies to an Unlisted post revert automatically back to Public visibility.

* Content warnings are not automatically inherited on replies like they are in other clients. CWs can always be modified after the fact, but they should be inherited by default.

#Megalodon fixes these.

@ToddVierling, Mastodon is a progressive web app, it can be installed as an app by clicking the corresponding option in the browser. I don't understand why people are installing third-party apps for it.
Edit: Ah I see the feature list in the top post, which aren't present in the PWA.

@ToddVierling @megalodon Tried several apps and also browser on the phone for a few days, now using #Megalodon and not looking back or anywhere else. It's not only an amazing app for Mastodon, but generally a really polished and well functioning app!

@ToddVierling @megalodon i use megalodon and literally none of the long press stuff you mentioned works, i am rather curious to know if I'm doing something wrong

@agatha @ToddVierling and, uh, of course you need to add more than one account (i actually was wondering why the feature wasn't working when reinstalling megalodon while developing, and it turned out i just forgot to add another account ^^')

@megalodon @ToddVierling this is weird, it's updated on the playstore, the app says it's updated, but the version if v1.1.4+fork.49 (49), you mentioned a version 65? it doesn't have any of those features yet (drafts/schedules/"post about this")

@agatha @ToddVierling you seem to be quite a few releases behind then ^^' current one is 65. seems like it didn't get rolled out to you for some reason? can i ask in which country you live?

@megalodon @ToddVierling i decided to test uninstalling and than reinstalling, and it worked! now i have everything
i wonder what happened, but mayhaps it was because i had this installed since it was mastodos and not on the play store i wonder? (i clicked to install on the play store and it just updated the name of what i already had)

@agatha @ToddVierling ohh yeah probably!! the app ID is the same, but the signature is different when installed from the play store, so it didn't display any updates. hope you enjoy all the new features that have happened since version 49 :)

Top right of the screen while viewing an image, hit the left button of these two. It pops up the alt text at the bottom of the screen, and it is selectable for copying.

@ToddVierling @megalodon so it takes two clicks and the knowledge that icon is of vital importance to do in Megalodon, with dimming the image, what Tusky just does with one click and no dimming? here have comparison photos using https://mastodon.org.uk/@bigben/109611007875996379 as example
