Google is your friend, as the saying goes. It would seem like anyone with a modicum of UX experience dealing with anyone other than hardcore techies would understand why Mastodon seems so impenetrable to so many people. Otherwise, Google it. There have been plenty of articles explaining why the Mastodon model makes Elon smile.
