Don't ask me why, but I have a hankering to #roast a #cauliflower in the #PelletGrill.

Today, I'm making this hankering into a reality.

Also, I've chopped & #brined some spuds to go into the #PelletGrill.

Updates as they come to hand.

Nobody has tasted this yet, so...
@equal Eh. It was OK - not nearly as crispy or crusty as I would have liked. Also, the spuds I brined could have simply been parboiled instead, I reckon.
