Are You On LastPass? Time To Look At Alternatives
LastPass was the first password manager I was aware of. The premise was simple: Using a LastPass account, you could store your website credentials in a "vault" on

Bitwarden is great. Migrated from 1Password years ago when #1Password went to a subscription license. #Bitwarden is open source, is always adding features and functionality, and migrating from other password managers is very easy.

@boelder @kevingamin I just migrated off an older version of 1Password to #bitwarden, partly to encourage my husband to get off #LastPass onto BitWarden. Now we can have a shared vault.
@MisuseCase @boelder @kevingamin so bitwarden has a family plan with shard vaults?
@boelder @dthanos216 @MisuseCase Yes, as part of their paid version. Only $10/year, and there’s other great features you get access to, as well.

I pay the $10 a year. Worth it to support good software, and yeah there are some additional features... free version is plenty good, though!

@boelder @kevingamin @dthanos216 I am planning to take advantage of the 2FA capability with the paid version.

I also recommended it to the nonprofit where I volunteer since we have issues managing the credentials for various tools of ours and the teams and even enterprise editions are a bargain for us on our shoestring budget.

@boelder @MisuseCase @dthanos216 BitWarden seems perfect for a non-profit.

The 2FA is great. Easy to have your password and your code in the same spot in your browser plug-in. I didn't realize that was a paid feature (I've been a paid customer since I first bought it), but yes - it's crucial.
