@jonconnorton She interrupted her own nap for a second breakfast so I was briefly paroled. She is a great comfort especially since I am having to address some stressful/difficult life admin stuff. I keep telling myself I can do it but...

@Comus I try not to think about things too much as it will just overload me, but it’s seeping through now into things like nightmares every night. I just tell myself I’m still in a better place than ten years ago.
