@kredcarroll I hear ya’…12 years in this utterly non-diverse, NIMBY and closeted reactionary filled echo chamber is quite enough. Unfortunately my youngest has two year of HS left.

@Chimaera you do realize the whole thing (and his previous “house party” pieces) are scathing parodies/indictments of Silicon Valley tech/vc/bro culture where ideas like this actually ARE bandied about, right?

@Dhmspector yes, I completely realize that it’s meant as parody. Dave Chapelle categorizes his work the same way.

@Chimaera except Chapelle is actually monetizing his actual hatreds.

This guy is shining a light on the intellectually vapid and morally bankrupt state of Silicon Valley’s self proclaimed genius/entrepreneur class. There’s a big, big difference.

For me, as a New Yorker who thought he’d seen it all working on Wall St for 20+yrs, the intellectual and moral vacuum that is the Bay Area / Silicon Valley makes the Gordon Gekko types I used to work with look like saints.

@Dhmspector I still find the tone very much problematic. And I wonder how a trans person would feel reading this.
