@jonwiesman Seems low-risk, high upside. He is 2 years post TJ surgery and, as is common, is control and pitch placement is slow to come back but his K rates have rebounded quite well.
Will be interesting to see if they stretch him out as a starter where he has been most of his career. I assume they will, he did have 6 starts in the Dominican winter league this year where his WHIP was microscopic. Side note: His DSL teammates included Javy Guerra, Franmil Reyes, and Franchy Cordero
