Andy Ngo and Elon Musk apparently confirming that Musk personally suspended my Twitter account at Ngo's request, following Ngo's multiple failed attempts to silence my reporting on Ngo's ties to violent right-wing terrorist groups.

I call on Musk to release all his communications with Andy Ngo. Let's bring some transparency to Twitter. https://twitter.com/MrAndyNgo/status/1611118439812456448

“@elonmusk The left are angry that the rules are being applied to their side now that enforcement is more equal. That’s what this is all about. “When you’re accustomed to privilege, equality feels like oppression.””

Elon Musk is getting mixed up in his own lies. My Twitter account was not suspended because of any supposedly offending tweets or for "inciting violence".

I was suspended for "Ban Evasion", which I've ever engaged in. I have the screenshot to prove it.

Andy Ngo has been trying desperately to silence my reporting on his record of lies and thuggish legal threats against his critics.

In Sept 2021, Andy Ngo's lawyers threatened me with legal action for exposing his lies. @Popehat replied to their frivolous and baseless legal threats on my behalf in the now famous "oily poutine" letter. https://www.techdirt.com/2021/10/01/ken-popehat-white-again-shows-how-to-respond-to-completely-thuggish-legal-threat-letter/

After Ngo's thuggish legal threats against me left him totally embarrassed, Ngo filed a false DMCA report against my account.

Ngo abused Twitter's copyright reporting system in another desperate attempt to silence me. If there had been a federal anti-SLAPP law in effect, Ngo would have been destroyed in court for this stunt.

After the @eff responded on my behalf to Andy Ngo's false DMCA report against me, Twitter agreed with us and reversed their decision to suspend my account. https://www.dailydot.com/debug/andy-ngo-falanga-picture-dmca-twitter

Andy Ngô keeps reporting people on Twitter who post this very real photo of him standing by far-right graffiti

Andy Ngô filed multiple DMCA claims against Twitter users who posted an image of him posing in front of a far-right group's name.

@chadloder @eff can you sue Twitter for this?
@ScarletRed @chadloder @eff unless they make a false (defaming) statement about Chad's actions there's no real legal standing to sue. Twitter can ban for whatever reason they like (and that's due to 1A).
