Every time I think back to trying to find a job in Silicon Valley, I realize that the more mature and tactful thing to do is just keep quiet, and acknowledge that bad or rude interviews were a chance for me to rule out places that would’ve made me miserable anyway.

But I also feel like it’s necessary to call out places that think it’s okay to be jerks to people who are by definition at their most vulnerable.
