Starting tomorrow, I am going to post a 100 day (or more) Tibetan yoga progression to rehab my ankle and Lyme/COVID/autoimmune.
I'm starting pretty impaired so anyone can join me and figure out modifications.

There are over 100 complex movements, but those will take a long time
