StableDiffusion works by applying the Michelangelo principle to sculpting: the image is already there, all stable diffusion does is remove the pixels that don’t belong there.

@Migueldeicaza once you get into training, it adds an infinite number of dimensions to the kaleidoscope of SD.

It's the most fun toy I've used I think since I first found computers 30+ years ago as a kid.

The fact it runs great on home hardware means it's taking on FOSS-like community development.

I want to wire it up to speech recognition and a model tuned on trains (for now) for my kid. Just need a place to run my old GPU, hardening some hardware for a 2 year old is the biggest challenge.
