The latest discussion on #Twitter seems to be centred on yet another dubiously framed report about child porn on #Mastodon. A lot of people don't understand this is a network and it's an open protocol. Anyone can set up a server for anything, but that doesn't mean it's the norm, or that the majority of the network tolerates it.

I'm doing my bit to try and educate, but that reputation risk should be stopped in its tracks.
