@simon_brooke @pb for that kind of queries, I think we need to advertise a typical answer alike (amount can vary) :
"you are using our product b/c they are free software and we don't have any contractual bound as for now. Your request can be fulfilled through a one time consultancy contract of $50000 with me with these hard boundaries (effort, time, result, etc). All additional time will be processed at $1000/h"
