Reading strategy:
Although this book is traditionally listed first, it may not be the best text for a beginner. And if you tried to read it in the past but found it difficult, you might think about trying it again. There will be lots of new ideas to explore and absorb. Be patient!

Because the suttas are long, you may like to read a certain number of pages each day or for a set amount of time.
