It's a really nice post, relatable. Ironically enough it's about how one can feel left out-- even when those making it happen might not be aware of what they are doing.
This isn't the first time this kind of misguided block has occurred on this server.
Check your friends and let them know, it's just not a place where this is welcome.

I want to boost, but I'm trying to be better at not boosting things that don't have an image description.
Edit: There were image descriptions. I just missed them because I jump back and forth between different Mastodon client apps and the web app, and confused myself.🤦🏿♂️
@mekkaokereke when I want to boost an post that's missing alt text, first I write a reply supplying an image description, then I boost the post and my reply. I checked with a blind friend, and this works for him. But of course it is still less than ideal, and I don't know how well it works for anyone else.
