@Dannywilliams wild to see that. In my area the law is that you cannot make a road with a speed limit less than 25mph. And as always speed limits are treated as suggestions

@rowdypixel technically it’s a private road but thousands of people live off it and really serious speed humps everywhere

@Dannywilliams Not sure I get the point. This seems as an internal area of an apartment block which might not even be a passthrough, it is absolutely legit and proper to have 5mph limit, and you say yourself there are speed bumps to ensure compliance.
