ideas:
-once a month or every two months would probably make sense. Makes it fun, but does hopefully not create too much pressure bc of limited timeframe
-maybe we could phrase it in a way where people with different creative hobbies can partake, so, not limited to drawing! (I feel like there are people with many different skills on this instance!!)
