@Cellivar me too. He's personable and isn't too snobby or gatekeepy about coffee. He genuinely wants people to just enjoy the best coffee they can.
I've used or adapted many of his recipes at home.

I admittedly came on a bit hard about 'er take it off it's burning!' when it was just blasting superheated steam through grounds, but after showing my mom to use boiling water to start, fill without packing, and cool once sputtering... they _both_ agreed it'd never been better.
So many helpful techniques and tips from someone who wants everyone to enjoy coffee! Such a good dude!
