Wouldn't it be better to help the dick to become not-a-dick, or to undo them as a dick, ... and if you fail, THEN you just let dick be dick and not bother.
Why the destruction of the dicks is a must (an imperative if you want) in the society? Just let dicks be. They'll destroy themselves sooner than later.
