@Vidyala @Vosskah Haha, Kallax, the number one boardgame shelf. The carpenter who made our table is also making game shelves, but compared to Kallax they are super expensive.

How's Root? I always wanted to play that and have it downloaded in Tabletop Simulator, but it seems a bit complex.

@kadomi @Vosskah I have a Kallax budget, haha, too much money spent on games themselves. 😂

Root is MUCH crunchier than I expected, we played it once thinking, “Aw, a fun animals territory game!” And as we started playing I looked at Voss and went “Um, I didn’t expect this adorable game to be quite so cutthroat!” It’s definitely one of my more complicated games. I plan to focus on it for awhile sometime. I think it’s good but you’re right, it has a lot going on!

@Vidyala @Vosskah Yeah, I downloaded it for Tabletop Simulator, looked at the rules, and then never bothered. In that respect TTS is awesome, you can just test play online before committing to putting the game in your Kallax, hehe. 😃

@kadomi @Vosskah What I do now is watch “how to play” videos before I buy games so I have a better sense of whether I’ll actually like it. It’s stopped a few purchases! 😂
