A VIRTUAL TOUR OF SCOTLAND

We travel north by boat past the island of Scarba to the village of Cullipool on the island of Luing's north-west coast. The village owes its existence and growth to the quarrying of the slate on which large parts of the Slate Islands are built: though quarrying here ceased in 1965.
