There are countless Figma support threads on this kind of issue without any resolution.

Basically, sometimes, there are components that refuse to be updated.

It seems that Figma thinks some elements are still there, but they can't be updated because they're "not an instance"

@steak Do you have a file you can let us examine to debug the issue?

most of our company is out for winter break right now. If you remind me again in January I can forward your test file to the dev team.

@skuwamoto I did some more playing around and this fixed all but 1 component:

- duplicate the library
- swap to using the duplicated library instead

I'm guessing if I keep doing this I can get all the prompts to go away.
