I hear a lot of White people in Britain saying that UK doesn’t have the kind of racism that America has. They might want to talk with Black and Brown Britons before making that determination.

@Deglassco Whoever said that clearly lives in a very small box. I remember hearing racism uttered as casually as describing the weather, back in the 80's and 90's. Seeing the political landscape over the last 20 years, it's clear the issue has, in many cases, gotten far, far worse.

@TacticalGrace_ and continues to get worse. There was a period of time where politicians and others would only go so far with the overt racism. Those days are over.
