Another shift spent outside the hospital all night, no break, finishing late.

13 other crews here.

Our patient has been on our ambulance for over 19 hours with no sign of a bed becoming available soon. Ours isn't even the longest wait. Things are utterly and completely broken

@Brexitpirates The NHS and indeed Social Care has long been broken. Tragically there is no way back from this. The establishment has succeeded in destroying any service that existed to care for in particular anyone vulnerable. This was and is intentional in order to break people and render them powerless and hopeless. So many have perished and this will continue unabated. The people have lost, tragically because too many simply don’t care.
@stephenwclark We're still fighting. We haven't lost yet.
@stephenwclark @Brexitpirates
Which still begs the question 'WTF are 'we' going to do about it!
By 'we' I mean the foot soldiers who have fought long and hard to show 'truth to power' at every devious twist and turn of the elites. 'Our' officer class comes from the same stock a they cunning stunts.
When does the slogan 'Enough is enough' translate into action?

@stephenwclark

Of course there’s a way back.

But defeatism makes it much more difficult

@stephenwclark @Brexitpirates I don't agree. The staff can run it better without government interference, so in future we should let them!
