@kairyssdal I had the worst attempted trip in recent memory this December trying to fly on #SouthWestAirlines and this was weeks before the current misery. Yes recent weather made it difficult for all #airlines, but #Southwest handled it much worse than their competition.

I used to find SWA the fun and more personal alternative, but no more. I saw nothing but rude and callous employees up and down the line. Something clearly has changed. And handing out meager travel vouchers won't change that.
