Eddie McCabe@DrLygo There aren't many better views available than the one across Derwentwater, so an excellent choice for a resting place. You never stop missing your mum I find, 17 years and still feels like she's just gone.

That view across the lake includes her honeymoon location. She chose her resting place well.
Steve Leatherman@DrLygo Very nice. My wife wishes her ashes to be scattered on a specific mountain in Colorado. Your posting just reminded me that I'll probably pass away before she does and I'll have to take the kids on a hike up that mountain so they know how to get up there!!
@steveleatherman Now there’s an outing in the making! My dad has a decent 160 mile hike down for me in his plans 🙈
